Production Technician Full-time • Entry level • Location: Victoria, TX • Schedule: 7/7 night shift Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, mechanically inclined Production Technician with a growth mindset who enjoys a dynamic, hands‑on, field‑based work environment. You will be responsible for working in the Eagle Ford Basin with other teams to install new infrastructure (well, equipment, facilities), perform repairs, preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, conduct root cause failure analysis, perform pre‑ and post‑job reviews, handle contractor work, collect data/validate conditions, and investigate customer/3rd‑party issues. Key Accountabilities

Communicate clearly and effectively with remote staff on problems using phone, video or virtual assist technology. Leverage data and available resources to resolve key field issues. Gain full‑cycle understanding of oil and gas operating systems from reservoir to sales line. Schedule activities and build partnerships with other teams. Identify training gaps and opportunities to increase capability and capacity. Participate in business‑unit process improvement and build inter‑dependent culture. Conduct basic failure analysis and nodal analysis. Apply problem‑solving skills to achieve impactful results. Use data to drive decision‑making. Demonstrate high interest in new technology. Essential Experience

Experience in oil and gas or other manufacturing/industrial business. Understanding of the oil and gas industry. Electro‑mechanical background with experience in lean processes. Comfort with desired vs. non‑desired outcomes and willingness to effect change. Growth mindset: proven ability to learn and adapt quickly. Excellent listening and social skills with an upbeat, inquisitive, confidence‑instilling approach. Close out estimates, complete post‑construction checks, as‑built documentation, and review contractor invoices. Adaptability to changing work demands and unexpected events. Understanding of databases, data architecture, and data transport technologies. Working Conditions

Lifting Abilities: Lift 80 lbs x 2 (floor to knuckles) with 12‑sec rest per lift. Lift 80 lbs x 2 (floor to waist) with 12‑sec rest per lift. Lift 35 lbs x 2 (floor to shoulders) with 12‑sec rest per lift. Lift 15 lbs x 2 (floor to crown) with 12‑sec rest per lift. Pushing & Pulling Abilities: Push horizontally generating 80 lbs force x 3. Pull horizontally generating 80 lbs force x 3. Carrying Abilities: Carry 80 lbs for 5 feet x 2. Climbing Abilities: Climb 10 stairs up and down, self‑paced. Agilities: Various stooping, twisting, kneeling, squatting, and repetitive squatting tests as listed. Compensation

Base salary: $85,000–$100,000. Benefits
