About the Role

Handling tax in a large, sophisticated organization requires more than technical knowledge of current tax practices. As a Property Tax Manager, you will apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes for complex issues while collaborating with a globally connected team. Key Responsibilities

Support client engagements by coordinating day‑to‑day interactions with clients. Review staff work product and drive delivery of services to meet deadlines. Develop internal team members and manage engagement economics. Maintain technical competence by staying current on trends, developments, and legislation that impact clients. Skills & Attributes

Demonstrate understanding of complex commercial real and personal property tax concepts and effectively apply tax knowledge to client situations. Develop and deliver quality tax‑planning approaches with timely and responsive services and work products that exceed client expectations. Identify and offer opportunities for tax planning and other special services. Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's tax situation and arrive at appropriate conclusions. Qualifications

A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant property tax consulting experience or equivalent experience in business or industry. CPA or JD credential. Broad exposure to state and local taxation. Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills. Willingness to travel as needed and ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment. Desired (but not required) Experience

Proven record in a professional services environment. Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Benefits & Compensation

The base salary range for this role in the US is typically between $105,100 and $192,600, with higher ranges in key markets such as New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento).
