As a Property Tax Manager, you’ll apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes to complex issues. Support client engagements by coordinating day‑to‑day interactions with clients. Review staff work product and drive the delivery of services to meet deadlines. Develop internal team members and manage engagement economics. Continuously build on your technical competence by staying current on trends, developments, and legislation that impact our clients. Skills and Attributes for Success
Deep understanding of complex commercial real and personal property tax concepts and the ability to apply tax knowledge to client situations. Develop and deliver quality tax‑planning approaches with timely and responsive services that exceed client expectations. Identify and offer opportunities for tax planning and other special services. Prepare practical approaches to client tax situations and arrive at appropriate conclusions. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant property tax consulting experience or equivalent experience in business or industry. CPA or JD. Broad exposure to state and local taxation. Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills. Willingness to travel as needed and ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment. Preferred
Proven record in a professional services environment. Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. What We Offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary ranges from $105,100 to $192,600 across all U.S. locations, adjusted by geography.
