Pearse Partners is working with one of the largest infrastructure funds globally that is expanding its investment team in New York and hiring an Associate.
The successful candidate will support the assessment, execution, and management of Infrastructure Credit investments across North America, Europe, Latin America, and APAC. Target sectors include transportation, social infrastructure, power and energy, utilities, water and wastewater, and digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain detailed
financial models
to analyze investment opportunities
Assist in
deal execution : due diligence, financial review, and preparation of investment materials
Conduct
market research
on sectors, policy developments, competitors, and technology trends
Support
portfolio monitoring
and performance analysis of existing investments
Prepare high-quality
presentations and reports
for internal and external stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in
project finance , M&A, infrastructure, or related asset classes; buy‑side experience is a plus
Strong
financial modeling
and
cash‑flow analysis
skills
Familiarity with
infrastructure due diligence
and legal/financial documentation review
Demonstrated skills in research, analytics, and report writing
Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, economics, or a related field
Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
