We are seeking a Regional Controller to support operational and financial leadership across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites in the South Central region. This role partners closely with the VP/GM and corporate finance to drive performance, cost control, and data‑driven decision‑making at the plant level.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the financial partner to regional operations leadership
Oversee month‑end close, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Drive cost savings, margin improvement, and operational insights
Support plant leaders with clear, actionable financial reporting
Ensure financial consistency across multiple locations
What We’re Looking For
Plant‑level finance experience in manufacturing or distribution
Strong operational mindset with hands‑on plant exposure
Advanced Excel and ERP experience (Amtech a plus)
Ability to translate operational data into clear financial insights
Seniority level Mid‑Senior level
