Key Skills & Responsibilities
Constant communication with Servers regarding guests’ needs and issues.
Ensuring table caddies are fully stocked with silverware, napkins, salt and pepper shakers.
Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.
Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area.
Preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills and clearing crumbs.
Accommodating arriving guests, offering water or bottled water.
Delivering food to tables when Servers and Food Runners are busy.
Responding to patrons’ requests and informing management of any complaints.
Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups.
Ensuring the server station is adequately stocked with necessary supplies.
Informing Manager on Duty of any issues identified.
