Job Overview We are seeking a Dental Implant Sales Consultant (Treatment Coordinator) at Golden Oak Sedation Dental & Implant Center. The role involves conducting face‑to‑face consultations, educating patients on Dental Implant options, and managing follow‑up processes.
Responsibilities
Conduct face‑to‑face consultations and educate potential patients about Dental Implant treatment options.
Provide value and guide patients through the decision‑making process.
Manage the follow‑up process for interested patients, identifying their stage in the decision‑making process.
Participate in marketing efforts to increase patient lead generation.
Build effective working relationships with patients, doctors, and team members.
Be a self‑starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain professionalism and poise under pressure.
Organize and prioritize competing tasks, ensuring high attention to detail.
Maintain a positive outlook and passion for the role.
Qualifications
5–7 years of consultative B2C selling experience with strong sales and negotiation skills.
Quick study; can build rapport, assess needs, and create urgency.
Strong communication skills and an outgoing, confident approach.
Experience using a tracking system.
