Remote Customer Service Agent - Phoenix Area Only (PM Shift) Job Type & Location: Contract to Hire, based out of Phoenix, AZ. This position is fully remote and fully equipment provided.

Schedule: Must be available between 12:00 pm – 12:00 am, Monday through Sunday. 8‑hour shift with 2 consecutive days off. Schedules assigned at random.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents.

Up‑sell / close sales transactions.

Consistently achieve revenue goals.

Provide quality customer service.

Qualifications

Must have at least 1 year of call‑center experience.

Experience with sales or upselling.

Typing speed 25 wpm +.

High‑speed internet connection with a hard‑wired Ethernet cable.

Pay & Benefits Pay range: $17.00 – $17.00 /hr.
