Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Electric Motor Winder / Mechanic to join its team of skilled, customer-oriented technicians. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional with a strong background in electric motor winding and electro‑mechanical repair who is looking to further develop their skills in a collaborative, technically advanced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for rewinding and repairing a variety of electro‑mechanical equipment and will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from highly experienced winding technicians recognized for their expertise in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Rewind, repair, and rebuild a variety of electric motors and electro‑mechanical equipment
Perform mechanical disassembly and reassembly of motors and related components
Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions
Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure reliable and safe repairs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet customer requirements and turnaround timelines
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of experience in electric motor winding or related electro‑mechanical repair work
Strong mechanical aptitude with proven assembly and disassembly skills
Solid technical understanding of electric motors and related componentsAbility to read and interpret technical documentation and specifications
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications
Additional technical or vocational training in electrical or mechanical disciplines
Experience with industrial motors, pumps, fans, or VFD‑related systems
Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑service mindset
