Position Summary
Leads the front shop maintenance employees related to preventive maintenance and repairs to the facilities and equipment. Responsible for interim life safety and daily inspections related to construction and renovation projects.
Salary Up to $3,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.
Responsibilities
Lead front shop maintenance employees related to preventive maintenance and repairs to facilities and equipment.
Conduct interim life safety and daily inspections related to construction and renovation projects.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations concerning equipment and facility maintenance.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Five years progressive experience in a healthcare engineering setting.
Working knowledge of applicable codes and regulations maintaining healthcare facilities and equipment.
Must be vaccinated under applicable law, or provide an exemption and commit to regular testing, as required by Tenet.
