Job Title: Production Supervisor
Seeking a hands‑on leader to oversee daily operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate production activities across assigned shifts.
Monitor workflow, equipment, and personnel to meet production goals.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
Train, coach, and evaluate team members to support performance and development.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and employee performance.
