The Dodson, LA dimensional lumber manufacturing facility is looking for skilled industrial electricians with a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of electrical equipment, processes, and techniques to repair, modify, install and maintain the facility and high-tech lumber manufacturing equipment. Knowledge and experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding is a plus.
Applicants must be able to work any shift, weekends, overtime, holidays as needed.
Starting pay will range from $24.94 - $40.52 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your eligible pay.

Responsibilities
Repair, modify, install and maintain electrical equipment and high-tech lumber manufacturing equipment at the Dodson Lumber Mill.
Utilize knowledge of electrical equipment, processes, and techniques; knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding is a plus.
Able to work in extreme temperatures, in dusty and noisy conditions, while wearing safety equipment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have at least two (2) years\' industrial electrical/process control experience and/or an electrical degree
Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems
Must have basic computer skills
Able to work safely and follow all company safety policies and procedures
Must be at least age 18
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, background check, & physical
Able to work in extreme temperatures, in dusty and noisy conditions, while wearing safety equipment
Must have demonstrated leadership and team skills
Ability to write legibly and communicate as necessary to accomplish tasks
Able to lift 2-20 pounds regularly, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, climb steps and ladders, work from height, work in small and restricted areas, and stand or walk for 2-3 hours at a time for 10 hours
PLC experience is a plus
