Description Role : This position is a combination of Level 1 and Level 2 Helpdesk/Tech Support. Top tickets include password resets, permission changes, printers, network devices, and hardware/software service. The daily workload is approximately 90% ticket resolution and 10% project work. We promote from within and will place the successful candidate on a project for future growth and knowledge within the IT team.

Key Responsibilities Provide helpdesk and technical support for desktop, hardware, networking, and software issues. Respond to tickets and resolve them in a timely manner while maintaining documentation in ServiceNow.

Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, KS.

Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $35.00 per hour.
