Systems Administrator - Senior - FULLY CLEARED with POLYGRAPH REQUIRED
Full‑time position at Constellation Technologies, Inc. United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph required.
Salary Base pay range: $160,000 - $200,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
Provide Tier I and Tier II problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
Support day‑to‑day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
Escalate and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
Optimize system operations and resource utilization, perform system capacity analysis and planning.
Provide in‑depth troubleshooting of IT systems.
Provide detailed analysis and feedback to management for escalated tickets.
Support dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in resolution.
Configure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems, install/load OS software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components, implementing OS enhancements.
Configure and manage virtual environments.
Patch systems based on state‑of‑the‑art security and functional parameters.
Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen.
Must have TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph.
At least fifteen (15) years of direct/relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
Five (05) years of additional Systems Administration experience on projects with similar processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Security+ Certification.
Strong RedHat Linux command line administration and troubleshooting skills.
Strong Windows 2012, 2016, 2019 administration and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Nessus Scanner and managing Nessus Agents.
Ability to write POA&Ms.
Knowledge of maintaining a Secure the Enterprise (STE) / Secure the Network (STN) score.
Familiarity with Latte Art, Biscotti, XACTA.
