Responsibilities

Support the International Space Station (ISS) Project by providing Microsoft Windows domain administration

Assist with daily operations and all matters related to international services, including customer‑defined changes, technology refresh, diagnostic support using analysis tools, reporting metrics of performance, and network security documentation

Interact with team lead and peers on a daily basis, may interact with customers. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information

Determine methods and procedures to be used on new assignments

Contribute to the development of the organization's goals and objectives

Perform other duties as required

Qualifications Required Education/Experience/Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited college or equivalent work experience

Six (6) years of Windows Enterprise Domain administration

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

Microsoft Configuration Manager (formerly SCCM/MECM) – Patching, Software Package Creation, Deployment, Reporting

Security Remediations (Nessus) – Servers, Laptops, Workstations

Microsoft Windows Server

Microsoft Active Directory

Microsoft Group Policy

Certificates

Folder Permissions

Two Factor Authentication

Backups – Dell IDPA

VMware

Printer Management

PowerShell

Essential Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation

Work may involve sitting for extended periods

May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs

Must have sufficient mobility to enter areas of test facilities where necessary

Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, fax, etc.)

Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical

Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements when required

Must be able to work in a team atmosphere

Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation

Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others

This position may require some commuting and traveling to other installations as needed
