Ideal Candidate
5+ years of trademark & copyright litigation and/or transactional experience
Billable hour requirement: 1,700
Experience with filing and registering trademark applications with the relevant authorities
Trademark clearance to assess availability and avoid conflicts
Trademark enforcement, including advice on protecting brands and pursuing or defending against allegations of infringement
Negotiating and drafting trademark licensing and related commercial agreements
Copyright prosecution and clearance, including advising on regulations and related filings
Copyright enforcement and litigation, representing clients in disputes over alleged infringement and rights enforcement
Structuring and negotiating licensing, transfer and usage agreements for copyrighted works
