Case Management Attorney Mass Tort / Product Liability | New Jersey

A national plaintiffs’ law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level attorney to join its Mass Tort practice in New Jersey. This role focuses primarily on pharmaceutical and medical device product liability matters and includes full lifecycle case management.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned mass tort caseload

Conduct pre-filing investigations and record review

Track statutes of limitations and evaluate cases

Draft complaints and discovery responses

Communicate regularly with clients

Coordinate with paralegals and support staff

Liaise with referring counsel, co-counsel, and defense counsel

Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

Admitted in New Jersey (NY admission a plus), Required

1–3 years of experience in mass tort, product liability, or personal injury

Experience reviewing medical records and medical terminology

Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills

Able to manage deadlines and work independently
