The Sr. Business Associate role will work on impactful projects to drive CSO and GS&D wide priorities by leveraging quantitative and qualitative analysis and strategic thinking to drive fact‑based decision making, and operational change management to drive results.
In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders across CSO including operation teams, leadership, frontline managers and associates as well as GS&D partners.
What you will do:
Lead initiatives and identify opportunities to increase and accelerate retention of CSO. Actions include assessing top Service leader performance, identifying best practices through associate and leader interviews, and translating those into actionable guidance and enablement resources to support CSO Retention performance and Service success.
Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Business and Technology Insights, to bring these solutions to our Service teams in a coordinated way.
Identify and mitigate key strategic risks related to process initiatives and retention performance across products and practices.
Conduct quantitative retention analysis and associate it with qualitative insights to provide actionable recommendations and ensure informed decision making.
Ensure accurate analytics, monitor key business drivers, identify and drive operational improvements.
Cultivate strong and mutually respectful relationships across the organization and partner with CSO’s leadership to solve problems and identify business improvement opportunities.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent analytical skills; ability to analyze large datasets and translate raw information into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of high performance.
Proven ability to understand business initiatives and challenges, and to recommend business solutions using fact‑based analytics.
Ability to leverage qualitative problem solving.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. Base salary: $64,000 – $87,000. In addition to base salary, employees may participate in an annual bonus plan or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Benefits include generous PTO, a 401(k) match up to $7,200 per year, company stock purchase options, and more.
