It’s the place where someone can start their mental health journey and find continued success via our uniquely designed patient program. From initial evaluation to ambulatory crisis management, medication management, and practical discharge plans, our proprietary workflow reduces wait time, increases patient success, and allows us to treat a high volume of patients each day. We’re building the team for our very first urgent care location in Las Vegas, and we’re looking for empathetic, hard working folks with experience in the mental health space. We’re an early- stage company that will move quickly as we grow, so anyone we add to this initial team needs to be game for a fast-paced, ambiguous, challenging, and incredibly rewarding environment.
Job Description
As the Licensed Clinician, you will
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop plans of care for clients Provide counseling and support to clients and their families Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to provide comprehensive care to clients Maintain accurate and complete documentation of client interactions and progress Assist clients in accessing community resources and services Participate in team meetings and case conferences Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice
Position Qualifications
Active Nevada State License as a Clinician Minimum of two years of experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of community resources and services Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards CPR & First Aid Certification (can be obtained within one week of hire) Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, or ability to obtain upon hire
Physical Demands:
Occasionally required to stand Occasionally required to walk Continually required to sit Occasionally required to use hands Continually required to talk or hear Occasionally required to lift/push light weights (less than 50 pounds) Specific vision abilities required for this job include: close vision, distance vision, peripheral, depth, and ability to adjust or focus
