Build something special with a growing specialty practice. Pearl Foot & Ankle has proudly served the Portland metro for nearly 20 years. We’re a private practice with deep community roots and a clear mission: deliver excellent, people-first foot and ankle care while building a team that grows, leads, and serves. We’re expanding and looking for an exceptional PA or NP who wants to practice at a high level in biomechanics, sports medicine, and surgical foot & ankle workflows (with limited wound care). Run an efficient, high-quality clinic template with excellent support See new & established foot/ankle patients (triage, diagnosis, treatment planning, education) Perform/assist with in-office procedures consistent with your training and Oregon scope (e.g., injections, immobilization planning, post-op care, wound checks as needed, DME coordination) Assist the surgeon in complex foot & ankle procedures, including perioperative prep, intraoperative support (as appropriate), and post-operative coordination Manage post-op global care, follow-ups, imaging review, and return-to-activity plans Coordinate with PT, imaging centers, and referring providers Document clearly and compliantly in the EMR with a strong coding mindset **Note: We’re not a wound-care clinic. This is a true specialty foot & ankle role. What makes this role different
Structured onboarding & specialty training in foot & ankle medicine and surgery workflows Dedicated MA support + procedure set-up Work-life balance (Mon-Fri Schedule)/No Weekends High-impact role in a practice that’s growing (opportunity to help shape systems) Strong patient relationships and outcomes-focused care Multiple Portland-area locations allows for flexibility and variety Clear internal workflows and communication Clear escalation pathways — you’ll always have backup and collaboration when complexity increases A leadership-forward culture
We’re building more than a schedule — we’re building a practice. If you have a leadership mentality, you’ll thrive here: helping develop systems, mentoring teammates, improving patient experience, and strengthening community relationships as we expand. Who you are
