Base Pay Range $56.00/hr - $87.00/hr
Job Description As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for Podiatry, you will practice with a Surgical Foot and Ankle team based at McKay‑Dee Hospital and Layton Hospital. This APP will work independently in an outpatient setting alongside surgical podiatrists.
Responsibilities
Seeing post‑operative patients.
Holding return office visits and consulting on cases.
Assessing common cases that include fractures, total ankle replacements, bunions, hammer toes, at‑risk foot care, etc.
This is a full‑time, fully benefits‑eligible position. You will work standard hours (Mon‑Fri 8 am–5 pm) with the potential to work 4x10s. There is no required call time.
Ideal Candidate An ideal candidate will have prior orthopedic, foot and ankle, and/or wound care experience.
Qualifications
APRN or PA‑C degree from an accredited program.
Active, unobstructed Utah medical license or the ability to obtain one.
BLS certification and DEA.
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
