This role serves as the
Pharmacist‑in‑Charge (PIC)
for the site and is responsible for: Meeting all
legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations
required for pharmacy operations Providing
on‑site leadership and operational oversight Acting as the
primary interface between the pharmacy and clinic partners Ensuring efficient workflow, patient safety, and team performance in a clinic‑embedded pharmacy environment
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the
Pharmacist‑in‑Charge , ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations Oversee
daily pharmacy workflow
to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and patient safety Provide
people management , including coaching, performance management, and scheduling Partner closely with
clinic leadership and healthcare providers
to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery Ensure proper
documentation, audits, and inspections
are completed successfully Lead continuous improvement efforts related to pharmacy operations and patient experience Support business objectives through strong leadership and site performance
