Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Clean Room Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling IPG or pacemakers, catheters, sub-assemblies, and complete catheter builds within a clean room environment. This position involves working under a microscope, handling small components, and ensuring the highest quality in new product development.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret work instructions and production drawings.
Assemble IPG or pacemakers, catheters, and sub-assemblies in a clean room environment.
Perform tasks under a microscope and use small hand tools for precision work.
Conduct visual inspections and document work accurately.
Trim parts, solder pacemaker enclosures and wires, and package final products.
Work on various projects, adapting to different assembly needs.
Essential Skills
3+ years of assembly and/or manufacturing experience in the medical device industry.
1+ year of experience with soldering or welding.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for reading work orders and following instructions.
Ability to document work in travelers, QMS systems, or ERP systems.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Hand dexterity and patience for working with small components, both under a microscope and without.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with catheter and guidewire assembly.
Familiarity with clean room protocols and documentation.

Work Environment You will work in a state-of-the‑art, clean facility with a great break room. The company fosters a collaborative atmosphere through various events, lunches, and gatherings. The position is based in a clean room, primarily involving work under a microscope. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 5 am to 3:30 pm on the first shift.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $27.00/hr.
