Job Description Join a dynamic team as a Level 3 Catheter Builder, where you will be responsible for reading work instructions, reviewing drawings, and constructing catheter assemblies and subassemblies. You will work within a cleanroom environment, utilizing a microscope and small hand tools to complete your tasks. Your role will involve documenting processes, performing visual inspections, and ensuring the final packaging of catheters is up to standard.
Responsibilities
Read and follow work instructions and production drawings.
Build catheter assemblies and subassemblies in a cleanroom.
Work under a microscope to complete precise tasks.
Use small hand tools to aid in catheter construction.
Document work processes in travelers, QMS systems, or ERP systems.
Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards.
Complete final packaging of catheters.
Essential Skills
3-4 years of full catheter build experience, including liner stretching, bonding, annealing, braiding, reflow, and stringing.
Proficient use of micrometers for measuring.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Balloon catheter building experience is preferred but not required.
Hand dexterity for working with small pieces, with or without a microscope.
Patience and diligence in assembly tasks.
