Our client in South Grafton, Ma is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper Administrator to support its financial and administrative operations. This role is ideal for an experienced bookkeeping professional who is comfortable working independently, managing day-to-day accounting functions, and ensuring financial accuracy in a mission‑driven organization.

Position Summary The Bookkeeper Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and supporting overall accounting operations. This is a part‑time salaried position based on 30 hours per week, offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage financial records using QuickBooks

Prepare and process monthly invoicing

Keep customer information current and accurate

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting

Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance

Order and maintain office supplies as needed

Ensure financial data accuracy and confidentiality

Oversee HR‑related tasks, including health plan administration and PTO tracking

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of verifiable professional experience using QuickBooks

Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required

Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Proficiency with basic accounting principles and financial reporting

Pay Rate: $52K-$60K
