Part-Time Payroll & Bookkeeping Specialist Location: Woburn, MA
Our client, a well-established organization in the manufacturing and professional services sector, is seeking a part‑time Payroll & Bookkeeping Specialist to support payroll processing and assist with basic accounting functions. This role involves ensuring accurate payroll administration, maintaining compliance, and providing support for routine financial tasks.
Responsibilities
Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees on a regular schedule
Maintain accurate payroll records and update employee information as needed
Prepare standard payroll reports and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including general ledger entries and reporting
Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to payroll
Qualifications
2+ years of payroll experience
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and MS Excel
