Role Description Active Texas Real Estate License required, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
As a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Surrealty, you will be responsible for representing buyers, renters, and sellers in residential real estate transactions. You will work closely with our team to manage client relationships, conduct property tours, and guide clients through the transaction process from start to finish.
Surrealty provides company-generated leads from our marketing and advertising efforts to support your business, while agents are also expected to develop and manage their own client pipelines.
Qualifications
Active Texas Real Estate License or ability to obtain within 30 days
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service or sales experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
Self‑motivated with strong follow‑up and organizational skills
Availability for client needs, including evenings and weekends
Residential real estate experience is a plus, but not required
