Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

We are hiring a Material Handling Specialist for our client, a global leader in material handling solutions. This role is part of the Spares Department, which manages all spare parts orders and supports manufacturing operations.
About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our client’s team, a global leader in material handling solutions. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with GAAP, and supports budgeting and forecasting processes.
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow forecasts.
Coordinate annual budget preparation and update quarterly forecasts based on performance.
Manage accounts receivable and payable functions, including deposits, collections, and payment processing.
Reconcile monthly sales reports, cash receipts, and affiliate-company payables.
Maintain fixed asset schedules, including capitalization and disposals.
Ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements and internal controls.
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of related experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Solid understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
Experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
AR & AP experience, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing costing preferred.
Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
Ability to interpret financial reports and legal documents.
Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers, regulatory agencies, and management.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Preferred Skills
Manufacturing Costing.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Strong mathematical skills (decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.).
