Our client, a global aerospace powerhouse, is seeking a Controller to serve as the financial navigator for their premier innovation hub in Horsham, PA.
Base Pay Range $130,000 – $150,000 per year
WIP & Project Specialist & Controller This role is not standard corporate accounting. You will manage the financial lifecycle of high‑stakes, multi‑year engineering projects, living in the details of Work‑in‑Progress (WIP) and revenue recognition.
Lead complex project accounting, tracking WIP, margins, and milestones under IFRS 15/16 and US GAAP.
Oversee incurred cost proposals and ensure total alignment with government reporting standards.
Drive the month‑end close for multiple subsidiaries and deliver high‑impact reporting to global leadership.
Partner with engineering teams to provide forecasting and analysis that keeps missions on track.
Candidate Profile
10+ years of experience in general accounting and corporate finance, specifically within aerospace, defense, engineering, or complex manufacturing.
Proven track record managing project‑based revenue and long‑term contract accounting.
Strong knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP; experience in government contracting environments is a major plus.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, Deltek, or Power BI is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s in accounting required; CPA or progress toward one is a plus.
