Mechanical Engineer (Accident Reconstruction)
Our client is one of the largest engineering consulting firms in the United States solely focused on vehicle accident reconstruction looking to identify a Mechanical Project Manager (P.E.) in Fayetteville, AR and Nashville, TN.
Their teams are made up of mechanical and biomechanical licensed engineers that reconstruct complex motor vehicle collisions. The Project Manager's play a critical role serving as project leads in conducting fieldwork and performing analysis using the latest technologies in 3D scanning and computer simulations supported by our internal digital media team. The PM's will also present accurate and compelling results to our clients and, at times, are asked to testify in trials.
Ideal candidates will have their P.E. license, hold a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and have had direct client-facing roles. The candidate must enjoy working in a high-energy environment and being outdoors-this opportunity involves some regional travel.
Skills and Qualifications
B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and has obtained his/her P.E. license
Must have prior or current Accident Reconstruction Experience
4+ years of Engineering experience, with strong client interaction accountabilities.
Excellent Interpersonal skills (oral and written), and ability to foster strong relationships with teammates and clients
Available to travel regionally
Comfortable working on a team and in a collaborative space
Positive attitude full of commitment and a desire to contribute
Passion for teaching/mentoring clients and colleagues
Preferred
An interest in motor vehicles and automotive engineering.
Has utilized 3D Scanners, drones, and photography.
Base Salary: $150,000 to $170,000 (negoitable). Final determination of salary will be based on an evaluation of experience, education, budget, etc.
Locations: Fayetteville, AR and Nashville, TN.
