Responsibilities

Perform assembly, troubleshooting, prototyping, and light fabrication in shop and field settings.

Collaborate with Project Managers and engineering personnel to organize tools, materials, and plan for assembly and installation.

Identify potential issues and opportunities for Change Orders and communicate with Project Managers and engineering personnel.

Interpret mechanical drawings and documentation for custom machines, systems, and products.

Develop and execute quality control and project check lists.

Learn to view designs and navigate 3D/2D CAD software.

Train and mentor Mechanical Field Technician I's.

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in a role requiring hands‑on mechanical applications and installations.

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to follow work direction and prioritize assigned tasks.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Aptitude for leadership preferred.

Understanding of scope of work for specific tasks.

Working Conditions

Walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, climb ladders, crawl, kneel.

Sit, talk, listen, observe, read, write, and type.

Lift or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Perform work on site in industrial, commercial, and residential locations.
