Envolve Client Services Group owns and manages apartment communities in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. The firm values resident satisfaction and seeks to grow by hiring self‑motivated, positive individuals to join the team.
Position: Full‑time Maintenance Supervisor Location: Nashville, TN
General Purpose Responsible for all facets of facility and maintenance equipment; manage scheduled maintenance and repairs of apartment appliances, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and special equipment. Provide training to staff and conduct maintenance training initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage all facility and maintenance equipment.
Conduct maintenance training for staff.
Perform on‑site basic repairs: HVAC, appliances, water heaters, electrical, plumbing, and other equipment.
Be available for 24‑hour emergency maintenance calls.
Perform minor carpentry.
Implement preventive maintenance (e.g., winterizing facilities, HVAC inspections, pool equipment, water balance).
Train and inspect other maintenance personnel.
Conduct joint interview of maintenance applicant with Community Manager.
Handle administrative duties: record maintenance requests, use proper forms, maintain parts inventory.
Move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Education & Work Experience Requirements
Three (3) years of maintenance experience.
College degree preferred.
HVAC and EPA certification required.
Valid driver’s license.
Previous multifamily experience required.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
Inspire or REAC inspection preferred.
Bilingual preferred.
