What You’ll Do
Lead and support the design and planning of civil engineering projects for commercial, residential, and mixed‑use developments.
Develop grading plans, stormwater management systems, and utility layouts using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Drive projects involving land development, drainage design, and traffic engineering.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to deliver integrated solutions that exceed expectations.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while managing timelines and budgets.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
3+ years of professional experience in civil design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Strong understanding of grading, drainage, stormwater, wastewater, and utility design.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Licensure or progress toward Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred.
