Technical Services Specialist

This position supports a variety of technical projects under direct to limited guidance. The role applies diversified technical knowledge and standard engineering/technical practices across multiple assignments, using judgment to adapt methods and solve problems. The successful candidate will work independently on defined tasks while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Apply technical principles, practices, and standard procedures to a broad range of assignments.
Independently evaluate, select, and apply appropriate techniques while adapting methods as needed.
Perform investigations, surveys, and technical work involving conventional plans, structures, or equipment.
Analyze a limited number of variables to meet clear assignment objectives.
Assist with planning and development of technical projects under general guidance.
Modify and extend existing theories and practices to address technical challenges.
Develop solutions to routine and moderately complex technical problems.
Coordinate and execute assignments with limited supervision.
Act as a technical liaison with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
Associate degree or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
0–5 years of experience applying technical principles and practices across multiple assignments.
Ability to work independently with general guidance.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Comfortable working on a variety of technical tasks and adapting to new challenges.
