Job Description We are seeking talented and entrepreneurial Veterinarians to partner with us and become Medical Directors in a practice that we will build together. We offer immediate ownership/equity opportunities with no out‑of‑pocket cost, a brand‑new building, and state‑of‑the‑art equipment to deliver world‑class medicine. Location is completely flexible – let us know where you want to build.
In this role you will lead the practice, promote medical autonomy, and build the culture you envision. You will be responsible for providing high‑quality care, mentoring other veterinarians, and managing a team while we provide business support to ensure success.

Qualifications
Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university and an active veterinary state license
3+ years of veterinary experience
Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
Compassionate leader with experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture aligned with our core values
Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians
