Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Bloomfield Hills, MI - Hybrid (4 days in office and 1 day remote)
Key Responsibilities Employee Communication & Engagement
Facilitate clear, timely, and empathetic communication across teams
Support performance management conversations, feedback processes, and employee relations matters
HR Operations & Support
Manage end‑to‑end onboarding, off‑boarding, and employee lifecycle events
Administer benefits programs, including healthcare, 401(k), and leave policies
Coordinate immigration documentation and compliance (H‑1B, OPT, CPT, etc.)
Oversee contract administration and maintain accurate HR documentation and workflows
Compliance & Policy Execution
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including EEOC, I‑9, and related requirements
Support HR audits, reporting, and documentation to maintain regulatory compliance
Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
Analyze and share insights on employee trends, engagement, and retention
Support DEI initiatives and promote cultural alignment across global teams
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and HR systems
Hands‑on experience with immigration processes, onboarding, and contract management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, employee‑centric approach
Ability to work independently and effectively manage HR operations across geographies
Preferred HR Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, or equivalent professional HR certifications
