Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people‑oriented Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day business operations, HR functions, and corporate office management. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of operations, employee engagement, and workplace efficiency. You will ensure smooth office functioning, support HR initiatives, and contribute to the overall organizational strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Office Management
Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and procurement Manage office budgets, expenses, and cost optimization initiatives Ensure smooth functioning of IT, telecommunication, and other office infrastructure Implement operational policies and processes to improve efficiency and compliance HR Operations & Employee Engagement
Support end‑to‑end HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management Assist in benefits administration, leave management, and payroll coordination Maintain HR records, employee data, and compliance with labor laws and regulations Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and training programs Corporate & Compliance Support
Assist leadership in corporate governance, reporting, and regulatory compliance Maintain contracts, agreements, and office‑related documentation Coordinate with external vendors, auditors, and service providers as needed Strategic Contribution
Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational improvements Analyze operational and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions Support initiatives related to workplace culture, DEI, and employee well‑being Qualifications & Experience
5-8 years of experience in operations, office administration, or HR coordination Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements Experience managing office facilities, vendors, and budgets Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a dynamic environment Preferred Certifications: HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) or Operations/Project Management certifications V2Soft is an Equal Opportunity Employer ( EOE).
