Responsibilities

Drive sales by actively prospecting and engaging with potential clients to grow your network.

Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Qualifications

Must have an active

Tennessee and/or Mississippi Real Estate license. License

(or be in the process of obtaining one).

Must possess a positive attitude/outlook.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A desire to work in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.

Willingness to learn and grow within the industry (Be Coachable).

Basic understanding of technology and CRM tools.

Compensation $80,000 - $225,000+ yearly
