Role Overview We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and experienced Associate Private Wealth Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will manage day‑to‑day operational tasks, oversee client meeting preparations, conduct research, and ensure effective client follow‑up for all service and new business matters. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client relationships with core clients, addressing inquiries, and providing administrative support and coordination with internal teams. Excellent communication, a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Assist with scheduling, document management, and coordination of client‑related activities.
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Conduct research on industry trends, client needs, competitors, and best practices to support business decisions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, customer service, and operations) to ensure seamless client experiences.
Identify areas for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction within support operations.
Generate and analyze reports on client interactions, feedback, and service trends to inform decision‑making.
Anticipate client needs and provide strategic recommendations to support long‑term planning and decision‑making.
Qualifications
Experience in a Financial Services/Sales, High‑Touch Customer Service, or Analytical/Technical role.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; able to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and research tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
A proactive and customer‑first approach.
Must be able to pass a basic background screening for the securities industry.
Certification Requirements
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification required.
Series 6 and Series 63, 65 or 66 certifications required.
Willingness to travel along with partnered Private Wealth Advisor.
Preferred Post‑Employment Certifications
Series 7 certification.
Life, Accident, and Health Insurance certification.
Certified Financial Planner designation.
