Position: Full‑time, Entry level
Location: 113 S Harlem Ave, Peotone, Illinois
Role Summary Provide comprehensive administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of advisors. Activities range from client account management to scheduling, correspondence, marketing initiatives, and supporting client communication to ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support client service, answering inbound and outbound calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Manage account opening, transfers, and other transactions, preparing documentation and maintaining accurate client records.
Handle scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, and supporting marketing initiatives.
Update SOPs, streamline processes, and execute branch business plans.
Use technology such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.

Compensation & Benefits Hiring Minimum:
$26.10
Hiring Maximum:
$31.58 per hour.
