System Network Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and reliable operation of the network infrastructure and associated server systems across all imi companies. Additionally, they will provide company-wide support and management for core networking components and server applications.
What You’ll Do
Design, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks
Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including routers, firewalls, load balancers, and managed switches
Install, configure, and manage virtual and physical server operating systems (Windows Server)
Administer network services, including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and VPN
Monitor system performance and network traffic to proactively identify and resolve issues
Perform routine system backups, disaster recovery planning, and implement security measures
Assist in the planning and execution of major modifications and upgrades to the core networking and server environment
Provide advanced-level support and guidance to IT personnel on complex network and server issues
Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures
Collaborate closely with the security team to enforce and facilitate corporate security policies, including identity and access management (IAM) protocols
Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies in all work environments
All other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
Minimum three (3) years of experience in network administration or system administration
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
Solid expertise in TCP/IP networking, routing protocols, and network security principles
Proven experience with virtualization technologies (VMware)
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Continually work towards learning new IT‑related skills to stay current with technology by attending training, conferences, learning from others, and self‑study
