Are you an experienced Audio‑Visual Specialist with a passion for technology and a knack for creating seamless meeting experiences? If you have 3–5 years of AV support experience, are an expert with both Macs and PCs, and excel at setting up and troubleshooting conference and meeting technology, we want you to join our dynamic team!
Responsibilities
Operate, maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, repair and manage A/V systems and peripherals.
Perform daily morning checks of all conference rooms to proactively identify issues and ensure they are functioning for the day’s meetings.
Own pre‑meeting A/V checks for high‑profile events and VIP video meetings.
Troubleshoot, upgrade, replace or coordinate external vendor support for AV componentry.
Meet key support performance metrics, such as trouble ticket SLAs.
Manage incident reporting of application usage in a timely and accurate manner.
Seek additional work during downtime.
Build professional relationships with customers and other teams.
Maintain professionalism and composure when interacting with all employees.
Train backup staff and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
Determine additional support needed for sensitive inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
3–5 years of prior A/V work experience (preferred).
Industry certification (preferred).
Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) (preferred).
Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem‑solving.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Current knowledge or ability to learn computer‑based systems required for the position.
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Adhere to all policies and procedures.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and sit for extended periods.
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently.
