Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jacksonville, FL, for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design processes, creating innovative and sustainable designs that align with client needs, and managing all project phases from concept through construction.

The role involves close collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary consultant teams, overseeing design integration, and ensuring compliance with architectural, building, and construction standards. The successful candidate will take on a significant project management role, coordinating teams, schedules, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes are achieved on time and within scope.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

Professional licensure or certification preferred

High level of proficiency in Revit, with demonstrated ability to produce and manage complex construction documents

Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management

Strong, working knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and building systems

Expertise in architectural design and documentation

Strong project management skills, including coordinating internal teams and external consultants

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Knowledge of sustainable design practices and applicable codes and compliance standards

Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
