Bilingual Warehouse Operations Supervisor
Location: Jacksonville, FL
ON SITE - Full Time
Bilingual: English/Spanish
Pay: $60,000 to $65,000
Overview This role is responsible for daily supervision of warehouse operations, customer order fulfillment, and logistics processes. The supervisor ensures a safe, efficient, and high‑performing operation while supporting growth through strong leadership, planning, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Associate Leadership and Development
Lead and support the warehouse team through daily floor presence and hands‑on leadership
Provide orientation, training, coaching, and ongoing development
Foster a safe, clean, and respectful work environment
Address performance issues, conflict resolution, and associate concerns
Conduct regular performance feedback and annual reviews
Ensure associates have proper tools and equipment to perform their jobs safely
Operational Planning
Plan and adjust daily and weekly staffing and workload
Forecast volume and align labor, equipment, and space needs
Minimize unplanned overtime through effective scheduling
Oversee equipment maintenance to ensure safety and reliability
Human Resources Support
Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures
Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
Support performance management, coaching, and corrective action
Assist with hourly associate retention and turnover goals
Process Improvement
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Lead productivity and safety‑focused process improvements
Participate in site projects, workshops, and best practice sharing
Collaborate with other locations to improve operations
Communication
Lead pre‑shift meetings and ensure clear shift handoffs
Communicate work expectations using standard procedures
Maintain a professional environment for drivers, vendors, and customers
Partner with internal teams to support operational goals
Reporting and Inventory Control
Track and report key performance indicators and operational metrics
Ensure accurate receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory management
Complete required customer and vendor documentation
Support audits, quality reporting, and equipment reporting
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk the warehouse floor throughout the shift
Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
Ability to meet vision requirements including close and distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
