About the role ASnapshot of Your Day As an electromechanical at Siemens EnergyLarge Power Transformers, you will play a critical role in maintaining thefactory’s operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include performingroutine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanicalsystems and machinery to ensure high level of availability of the machinesimplementing zero breakdown culture. You will utilize and continuously developyour troubleshooting skills to repair electrical and mechanical part, such ascontrol panels, wiring, motors, pumps, and circuit breakers, using specializedtools and diagnostic equipment. Collaboration will be key, as you work closelywith the maintenance team, process engineers, and operators to address urgentissues that may impact production schedules, all while strictly adhering tosafety protocols and industry standards.

In addition, you will assist withequipment installations and upgrades, ensuring all work complies withmanufacturer specifications, technical requirements, and mechanical/electricalcodes. Accurate documentation will be essential, as you will record allmaintenance activities, update logs in systems like SAP and COMOS, and activelyparticipate in team meetings to review progress and plan upcoming tasks. Yourcontributions will directly support the factory’s goal of maximizingoperational efficiency, minimizing downtime, and driving continuousimprovement.

How You Will Make an Impact

Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:

Conduct routineinspections and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems to ensureequipment reliability, reduce unexpected failures, and support long-termoperational efficiency.

Troubleshoot and Resolve Equipment Issues:

Diagnose electrical andmechanical faults using technical expertise and tools, implementing timelycorrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

Support Operational Excellence:

Participate in Genba walks to observe frontlineoperations, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment withsafety and performance standards. Monitor and analyze KPIs to drivecontinuous improvement.

Manage Equipment Documentation and Planning:

Maintain accurate records and technicaldocumentation for systems and components. Assist in developing andupdating equipment trees to support structured maintenance planning andasset tracking.

Conduct Component and Failure Analysis:

Evaluate the lifespan of electrical/mechanicalcomponents using historical data and equipment tree parameters.Collaborate on root cause analysis to prevent recurring failures andoptimize replacement schedules.

Ensure Safety and Reliability Culture:

Follow all safety protocols and regulatorystandards, while promoting a zero-breakdown mindset to foster a culture ofreliability, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What We Expect You to Bring

Minimum of 5 years of experience workingin maintenance. Formal education in electromechanical or mechatronics preferred.

Proficiency inreading electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic drawings andschematics

Experience in PLCprogramming (Siemens will be considered a plus)

Stronginterpersonal relationship skills (communication with the internalmaintenance team, suppliers, and production team)

Intermediateknowledge of computer systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, etc.)

Familiarity withMaintenance Management Systems (COMOS and/or SAP will be considered aplus)
