Base Pay Range $19.50/hr - $19.50/hr
Job Summary This Inbound Material Handler role is a split role that includes inbound and outbound functions. The successful candidate will learn and perform both inbound and outbound duties.
Responsibilities
Unload trucks and sign BOL’s in a timely manner.
Process all incoming merchandise accurately and promptly.
Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure a safe work environment.
Abide by all forklift safety training and obtain certification on all equipment.
Report any forklift issues for proper repair by a trained technician.
Keep the work zone clean and orderly to maintain a safe environment.
Put away products into specific bin locations efficiently.
Pick orders efficiently and accurately.
Pack orders following the SOPs and guidelines.
Perform additional duties requested by the supervisor.
Physical Requirements
Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours per day.
Requires effective communication using speech, vision and hearing.
Requires regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing and reaching.
Requires ability to regularly lift, carry, push or pull medium weights up to 75 lbs.
Experience Experience working in a distribution environment is preferred.
Education This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills, experience, and alignment with our core values above all else.
