Are you a Lead Mechanical Assembler or Supervisor from the industrial manufacturing background, looking to take ownership of assembly processes and maximise your earnings through great compensation and quarterly bonuses?
This is an excellent opportunity to take the lead in an assembly department, where your technical knowledge will advance the sites capabilities whilst progressing your own career towards senior leadership.
In this high-impact technical role, your advanced knowledge of mechanics will prove crucial to the site’s operational efficiency. You’ll be working closely alongside management to ensure assembly procedures are coordinated correctly and roles and responsibilities are assigned effectively. You’ll also be tasked with advanced electromechanical assembly procedures across a range of custom designed equipment, where no two days are the same.
The Role:
1st Shift.
Lead and support electromechanical assembly operations.
Provide hands on technical assistance, equipment inspection, and support team performance.
The Candidate:
Previous experienced in lead mechanical assembly or supervisory role.
Strong blueprint and schematic reading skills.
Knowledge of electromechanical assembly.
