Responsibilities

Support the design, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of test and evaluation (T&E) programs, including FAA certifications. Assist in evaluating aeronautical systems, subsystems, and equipment across all acquisition phases. Prepare, review, and maintain T&E documentation for adequacy, compliance with specifications, and adherence to guidance. Provide recommendations for improving test documentation and T&E. Support development of test plans, schedules, and cost. Analyze and recommend T&E strategies, requirements, and test data needs to meet program objectives within. Offer input on integrated data processing, analysis, and software. Conduct trade-off studies and propose alternative testing strategies and. Participate in integrated test teams, test readiness reviews, and other test-related program activities. Assess the availability and capability of DoD and civilian test facilities and. Monitor and report on the status of T&E efforts at both Contractor and Government. Perform data analysis using modeling, simulation, and other analytical methods. Use analytical findings to refine testing procedures and identify areas for further improvement. Recognized as highly skilled with advanced knowledge and experience in their technical/professional field, with the ability to apply relevant standards, procedures, and practices. Oversees and guides junior and journeyman personnel, providing expert support across Program Office, Enterprise, and Staff-level interfaces.

Qualifications

Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills: MA/MS Degree with 10 years of directly related experience or BA/BS with 12 years of directly related experience or 15 years of directly related experience to this discipline. Must possess and maintain a government security clearance at the Secret level. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications and other standard software.
