Duties & Responsibilities
Send application package to potential borrowers.
Process loan applications.
Submit loans through Arive LOS system.
Review borrower documents and prepare for underwriter submission.
Obtain all conditions required from borrowers (income documentation, bank statements, paycheck stubs, etc.).
Review income.
Answer all borrower related questions.
Communicate with escrow.
Experience
Minimum of three years of experience in real estate lending.
Minimum of two years of experience as a loan processor.
Knowledge of basic loan processing procedures and systems.
Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding real estate and privacy, including Reg Z and RESPA.
Understanding of Arive LOS system.
