Production Underwriter to manage an agency plant and grow a profitable book of business within your territory. The products are all mid-market commercial with a focus on casualty lines. In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain relationships with independent agencies and Producers Build and grow a profitable book of business through risk evaluation, pricing and negotiation Underwrite all new business throughout the territory This is a remote position and the territory will be determined by your location To be qualified, you must have:
5+ years of Property and Casualty Underwriting experience Previous Sales & Marketing experience Knowledge of your regional insurance market – including agency relationships Bachelor’s degree and industry designations are preferred Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, stock options and paid expenses.
